朝食がおいしくない。 タオルが汚い。 ドアの鍵が開けにくく、入室のたびにスタッフに来てもらい開けてもらいました。 少し高くても、他のホテルにした方が良かった。

I have been travelling around the world frequently for business/pleasure. And the stay of mine in the hotel this time gave me a lot of unsatisfaction. At the time of checking in, a staff, who must be manager because other staffs call him so, told me that the hotel had never had my booking from Booked.Net. After some long time, he quite bluntly said "OK your booking was found". A boy carried my luggage plainly showed his feeling of dissatisfaction when receiving a tip which I think reasonable. I stayed four nights there. In the evening of third night, I found the toilet water system did not function!! The staff said that he quickly let an engineer repair. I waited at the room for about 2 hour. I got angry!! I went to the front desk, but a female staff repleated only "Wait, wait". Finally after a little more three hours, I could succeed in letting them change my room to another one which was less but better than old room. I have never had such tough negotiations on my business career actually!! Before going to bed at final night, I inquired taxi charge, a female staff said 44 TL if I paid it at the hotel and I agreed. Strangely at the check-out, the "manager" asked me to pay 66 TL. I nagotiated again!! Finally I paid 55 TL. Undoubtedly, the room charge was very cheap and free breakfast was reasonable. However, I will never recommend this hotel to the people who would like to have enjoyable time. Believe or not, this is the true story about "4 stars" accommodation.
